3. Counter Notification

4. Resolution

   We will review the counter notification and, if appropriate, restore the material within a reasonable period unless we receive notice from you, the copyright or trademark owner, that legal action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.

• Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
